What to Expect for Your First Visit
Walking into a new doctor’s office can feel overwhelming, especially when you are in pain. At Advantage Chiropractic in New Berlin, we made our new patient process thorough, clear and easy to follow.
Our goal for your first visit is simple. We look for the structural and neurological cause of your symptoms and decide whether our techniques are the right fit for you.

Our 4 Step Clinical Process

Your Evaluation
Your first appointment lasts 30 to 60 minutes. Unlike "quick crack" clinics, we do a 54 Point Neurological and Spinal Evaluation. It shows how well your brain and body are communicating and where nerve interference may be.

Precision Diagnostics (Digital X Rays)
If X rays are needed, we take them here with high resolution digital imaging. We use a "motion study" approach, so Dr. Evan and Dr. Taylor can see how your spine moves, or fails to move, in real time. That takes the guesswork out of your care.

The Report of Findings
Once our doctors have gone over your exam and X rays, we sit down with you to review the results. We believe in "straight talk," so we tell you what we found, how we can help and how long it should take. This usually happens at your second visit, called the Report of Findings, which gives us time to build a plan around you.

Corrective Care Begins
Once we agree on your plan, your treatment begins. Using the gentle Torque Release Technique (TRT), we start working to remove nerve interference and support your body’s natural function.
Online Intake Forms
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend completing your intake paperwork before you arrive. This allows our team to review your history and verify any insurance benefits in advance.
Preparing for Your Initial Evaluation
To make the most of your time with the doctors, please bring the following to our New Berlin office.
- A Valid Photo ID (Driver’s license or state issued ID).
- Your Current Insurance Card This lets our team check your benefits and give you a clear breakdown of your coverage.
- Form of Payment We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for any copays or initial fees.
